When will my order be dispatched?

During the weird COVID times, we aim to dispatch your orders within 7 working days. Our fulfilment team are working hard to get things out at their usual pace, but have some social distancing and safety measures in place which are slowing things down.

We make all items to order so we can minimise waste, which is why we can’t always dispatch your order as soon as you’ve placed it. We always work hard to get items out to you as quickly as we can.

What about shipping?

UK - Our standard UK shipping is Royal Mail 48, which right now (weird times) takes between 2 - 5 working days. You can upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail 24 which takes between 1 - 3 working days. Royal Mail are currently prioritising recorded delivery orders. DPD courier is guaranteed next working day.

EU - We use Royal Mail to ship to the EU which normally takes 3 - 5 working days from the date of dispatch - you can also upgrade to recorded delivery if you’d prefer to track your items or a DPD courier service which can be quicker depending on where you’re based. P.s. we voted to remain.

During the pandemic you should expect delays with customs and delivery. For Coronavirus info from Royal Mail services check here, or here for DPD.

USA - We ship out US orders using UPS - we estimate 3 - 5 working days from the day of dispatch. During these end of days a lack of flights, delays in customs and staff absence will delay shipping times so you might need to bear with UPS.

If it’s been more than 30 working days and you haven’t received your order, drop us a line so we can investigate.

How do returns work?

If your item doesn’t fit or is different to how you expected, we’ll be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please do try to only order the size you think you need though - all of our products are made to order and we’re trying to do our bit for sustainability. 

If your item is damaged or faulty, we’ll need a picture so we can send you a replacement free of charge or provide a full refund.

Our only exception to returns are seasonal items as these can’t be re-sold.
